Gymnasium
As the former NBA Nets practice courts, this premier facility offers our members a specialized basketball experience that can’t be found anywhere else!
The gymnasium is separated into four quadrants (Fierce, Flow, Frost, and G2), which allow for simultaneous gym activities, such as badminton, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and more! During these scheduled times, members can connect with others who share similar interests and enjoy a friendly game or fierce competition.
Open gym times may fluctuate due to YMCA Sports Leagues, program classes, and special events, however we do our best to keep a portion of the gym open to members at all times.
Mara Center for Early Childhood Learning
Preschool & Day Care for Children 6 Weeks – 5 Years Old
With our interest-based learning centers and well-trained staff, the Mara Center provides a positive atmosphere that will instill a lifelong love of learning in our students.
We are a multi-cultural center that celebrates the cultures, languages, and customs of all members of our community.
Massage Therapy
Swedish massage therapy is what comes to mind when most people think about massage. The primary goal of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body, increase the level of oxygen in the blood, decrease muscle toxins, and improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. It’s ideal for focusing on chronic aches and pains. It will help to relieve contracted areas, such as a stiff neck, tense shoulders, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and tension headaches.
Hot stone massages ease tension, relax muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. The direct heat of the stones loosens muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper, tense layers. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience.
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a great complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swelling.
60 or 90 Minute Sessions – Your Choice! Massages must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
