Massage Sessions

Whether you’re training hard in the gym, stressed out from your daily life, or need some relief from your pregnancy, we have massages that cater to your needs. When our bodies get knotted up, we suffer from restricted mobility, which inhibits your performance in the gym and throughout your day-to-day activities. Regardless of the source of your tension, our massage therapists are here to help you find relief with enjoyable and affordable sessions.

Swedish massage therapy is what comes to mind when most people think about massage. The primary goal of the therapeutic Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body, increase the level of oxygen in the blood, decrease muscle toxins, and improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a great complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swelling.

Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. It’s ideal for focusing on chronic aches and pains. It will help to relieve contracted areas, such as a stiff neck, tense shoulders, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and tension headaches.

PNF stretching stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching and is an assisted stretching technique that combines guided stretching and muscle engagement to help improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system, which helps maintain fluid balance and support immune health. This treatment may help reduce swelling, fluid retention, and bloating, while promoting circulation, relaxation, and overall wellness.

MEET OUR MASSAGE THERAPISTS

Robert Simmons

I’ve been working with people’s bodies for over 11 years, and in that time, I’ve learned one big thing — no two bodies are the same. My style blends a mix of techniques, so every session is built around exactly what you need in that moment. Sometimes that’s feather-light relaxation, sometimes it’s deep, focused work that gets right to the root of tension. I pull from Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stone, prenatal care, and cupping — adjusting pressure and pace to fit your body’s unique language.

For me, massage doesn’t end when you get off the table. I want you to understand what’s happening in your muscles, what shifts you might feel in the next few days, and how to keep the results going at home.

When you’re in my space, you’re safe, seen, and never judged. Many clients tell me it feels like I knew exactly what their body needed before they did — and that’s because I listen closely, not just with my hands, but with my full attention.

Massage isn’t just my career, it’s my calling. I plan to keep refining my craft for the rest of my life, always learning new ways to help people feel better in their own skin.

Your body has a story to tell. I’m here to listen — and answer with the right touch
