Massage Therapy
Relax & Recover
60 - 90 Minute Massage Sessions
Whether you’re training hard in the gym, stressed out from your daily life, or need some relief from your pregnancy, we have massages that cater to your needs. When our bodies get knotted up, we suffer from restricted mobility, which inhibits your performance in the gym and throughout your day-to-day activities. Regardless of the source of your tension, our massage therapists are here to help you find relief with enjoyable and affordable 60 or 90 minutes sessions.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy is what comes to mind when most people think about massage. The primary goal of the therapeutic Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body, increase the level of oxygen in the blood, decrease muscle toxins, and improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
Prenatal Massage
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a great complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swelling.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massages ease tension, relax muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. The direct heat of the stones loosens muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper, tense layers. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience.
Sports Recovery Massage
Training hard in the gym or by playing sports leaves your body tense and knotted up. Enhance your performance with a Sports Recovery Massage that will help you to rebound from tough workouts and stimulate muscle growth.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. It’s ideal for focusing on chronic aches and pains. It will help to relieve contracted areas, such as a stiff neck, tense shoulders, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and tension headaches.

Maria M. Ramos
Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from American Institute School, Clifton, NJ in June 2015. I specialize in Swedish or relaxing massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger points.
A massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. As well as pain relief from sore muscles, it increases flexibility, allows for relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, and sports recovery. My favorite massage modalities are Swedish massage & sports massage.
I became a massage therapist because I have personally experienced the amazing effects of a massage and want to help others achieve optimal health. Overall, I became a massage therapist because I enjoy helping people. My philosophy about massage therapy is simple: I believe, inherently, that the human body can heal itself. I try to facilitate that through a natural healing process.
In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends listening to music and dancing. Places I love to travel are Aruba, Las Vegas, Puerto Rico, and Florida. Favorite quote: Treat others the way you want to be treated.

In addition, Laert is a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where he studied a wide variety of dietary theories and lifestyles from around the world. Tiara Smith
I graduated from institute for therapeutic massage in 2022. Prior to massage I was an athlete, I played softball from the age of 8 up until college. I understand the physical demand athletes put on their body and how important it is to keep your muscles balanced for optimal performance. Before my career in massage, I was working as a licensed cosmetologist. I noticed everyone’s favorite part about getting their hair done was the massage during their shampoo. That’s when I knew I needed to take a deeper dive into the world of massage. I came to understand massage is a great tool to add to your self-care routine. It enhances the mind body and soul connection, promotes healing for emotional and overall wellbeing. I believe emotions are often stored in our muscles manifesting as tension and discomfort. I will locate muscular imbalances if pain isn’t linked to injury. The modalities I focus on are Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point. I use a combination of these techniques customized for each individual client’s needs. It is my pledge to provide therapy to all people to relieve stress and tension, improve range of motion and circulation, enhance a state of well-being, and offer a preventative lifestyle through massage. I will always serve the best interests to my clients and provide the highest quality of bodywork and service possible.
